Palefò

Palefò is an AI voice platform for Haitian Kreyòl offering text-to-speech, speech recognition, translation, and a Kreyòl-speaking AI assistant. Built by the team behind Nerval AI, co-founded by Franck Daphnis and Patrick Saliba, it launched a large-scale voice data campaign in July 2025 that collected over 600,000 audio contributions, and was officially presented in April 2026. The project is an NVIDIA Inception partner and targets roughly 14 million Kreyòl speakers.
