The Haitian Times is an English-language news outlet founded in Brooklyn, New York in 1999 by former New York Times reporter Garry Pierre-Pierre and Yves Colon. Originally a weekly print newspaper, it became online-only in 2012 and covers news, immigration, politics, business and culture for the Haitian diaspora worldwide. Its tagline is "Bridging the gap."
