Sendwave is a mobile-first money transfer app founded in 2014 by Drew Durbin and Lincoln Quirk, originally under the name Wave. It enables low-cost transfers from North America and Europe to countries in Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean, and supports Haiti with payouts to MonCash mobile wallets. WorldRemit Group, now Zepz, acquired Sendwave in February 2021, and it continues to operate as a separate brand.
