Kiyès ki lidè w ? (quidirigehaiti.com) is a public civic directory of Haitian leaders, covering elected and appointed officials as well as the official candidates for the 2026 elections. Each profile cites its sources so readers can check the information themselves, and signed-in users can suggest corrections. Citizens who verify a Haitian phone number can also rate leaders, one rating per account and per leader; diaspora reviews are counted separately, and the site notes that published ratings are the opinions of verified citizens, not findings by the platform. The site is available in Haitian Creole, French and English.
