JobPaw is a Haitian online marketplace founded in 2008 by Rob Waddle that connects professionals, employers, and educational institutions. The platform hosts job listings, calls for tenders, professional training, CV services, and a professional directory, and became a key recruitment channel after the 2010 earthquake. It reports more than 100,000 registered professionals, 3,500 employers, and over 20,000 daily visitors.
