Delidoc

Delidoc is the Haitian government's online platform for identity documents, where Haitian citizens start a national identity card or passport application from a browser instead of queueing at a counter. For the carte nationale d'identité, applicants fill in the form online, pick an Office National d'Identification (ONI) office equipped with a registration station and book an appointment, then print the pre-application form or keep the QR code it ends with and come in person for fingerprints and the photo; the card itself is free, and the office chosen does not have to be the one covering the applicant's home address. The passport track works the same way with the Direction de l'Immigration et de l'Émigration (DIE). Once a file is open, a tracking number lets applicants follow it through fabrication. The platform is published in French and Haitian Creole.
